Orbit was the proprietary employee benefits platform of Capita Employee Solutions. It provided a single seamless employee flexible and pension benefits journey and was designed with the user in mind at every stage of the process. Built around a revolutionary concept of ‘the audience of one’, the site was personalised to each employee, rather than taking the ‘one size fits all’ approach of competing systems.
